At Trimmer Store Nepal, we only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
• The product is damaged upon delivery
• The product is not working
• The wrong item was delivered
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.
If your request is approved:
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your choice.
• Refunds for orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
